Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. oklotto reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to deposit into the same oklotto account, or to a verified bank account in the player's name.
oklotto reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity verification. An oklotto account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. oklotto may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by oklotto are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to an oklotto account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. oklotto reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. oklotto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if oklotto has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
oklotto does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. oklotto shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from interruptions to the Platform caused by circumstances beyond oklotto's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, power outages, or force majeure events.
oklotto collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an oklotto account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
oklotto implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. oklotto will not sell your personal data to third parties. oklotto may share your data with PAGCOR and other regulatory authorities as required by law.
oklotto reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect 7 days after publication, or immediately where required by regulatory obligation or to address fraud or security concerns.
Your continued use of the oklotto Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.3.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the oklotto Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact oklotto's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. oklotto will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days. oklotto's operations are subject to the oversight of PAGCOR, and unresolved regulatory complaints may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaints procedure.
